PASSIVE HOUSE

The Passive Courtyard House is a multi-generation residential home designed around the concept of a courtyard. The building has the ability to collect and store rainwater and solar power year round. This allows the building to be completely self sustaining.

PEASLEE CENTER

The goal for this assignment was to design outdoor space for the community center for educational purposes. My solution was to create an outdoor classroom directly above the building’s lobby area. This includes space for seating, a green canopy, and a garden.

"THE STEP"

The Step is an apartment complex located on a man-made island 16 minutes away from downtown Amster - dam named Strandeiland. The building incorporates three dif - ferent unit types that invite people from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds to live together in close proximity.
